The work of our Organization is aimed at finding those opportunities in the neighborhoods we live in to create real-world experiences where apprentices work side-by-side with seasoned business professionals on actual projects.

Clients who donate their projects to the ApprentiSmith Program enjoy a reduced rate on our agency fees which is picked up by local sponsors like Banks, Philanthropic entities and civic organizations.

Further assistance to youth in the form of continuing education funds, donations from sponsors and patrons, as well as providing material, technical, informational and Job-counseling are additional resources we're proud to offer.

We ask only that our Apprentices come back, and pay-it-forward by helping our next cohort succeed.
